Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do. Extra charges will be added for international deliveries.
 

What is your returns policy?

 

If you are not satisfied with your accessory, you will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs. Item must never been worn or damaged and returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund you first have to contact us within 3 days after arrival. Returning shipping costs are for the buyer. 

N.B.

Earrings can NOT be refunded due to health reasons.

We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.

How do I track my order?

 

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order is shipped.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We use Canada Post regular services for our deliveries.
All items are posted within 1 to 5 business days after the payment is received. If you are an international customer, please expect your delivery within 10 business days.
